- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund. After 30 days, only exchanges or store credit will be issued. Items returned after 30 days but within 45 days may be eligible for a store credit or exchange.
2. How to Return an Item

- Packaging: Please pack the returned items securely in the original box, if possible, and include your RA number inside the package.
3. Refunds
Once your return is processed, we will notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process.

- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return, and upon inspection we will either send a replacement or process a full refund.
You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect before returning any items.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be processed instead.

7. Store Purchases
If you made a purchase at one of our physical stores, our return policy for in-store purchases applies. Please refer to the store receipt for details on returns and exchanges. In-store returns will follow the same conditions as outlined above for online purchases.
